Simple Exclusive Agreement
This is the agreement that is simple. It is an exclusive agreement with pay for performance.
The terms are simple:
10% upon execution of agreement
15% upon candidate introductions
Remainder of fee (75%) due upon hire.

About our agreements
Our agreements are signed electronically using Echo Sign.
As soon as we receive the signed agreement, you will receive an executed copy.
Our Retained Agreement
1. Used for executive search.
2. If the search assignment requires out of the ordinary expenses, such as outsourcing, recruiter travel, or media exposure, a retainer is used.
3. This contract is also used for our talent scout program.

Transactional Agreement
This agreement is used for transactional purposes.
We use this agreement for situations that will not require exclusivity, expenses, or confidentiality.
Our contingency agreement is transactional in nature. The contingency agreement does not commit Bio-Brain to a recruiting effort.
